Requirement Analysis & Order Confirmation
We begin by communicating closely with the customer to fully understand their needs and project requirements. Based on this, we recommend the most suitable machines—such as bridge saws, wire saw machines, stone splitting machines, or polishing machines.Draw 3D modeling if necessary. Once specifications are finalized, a formal contract is signed.
Engineering & Documentation
Detailed technical drawings are prepared and issued to the production and inspection departments. A complete Bill of Materials (BOM) is generated and sent to the purchasing team.
Material Sourcing & Inspection
All raw materials and key components are carefully sourced and inspected, including: Steel and cast parts, Motors and reducers, Hydraulic and electrical components.
Parts Precision Machining
Critical components such as shafts, gears, lead screws, and rollers are manufactured through: CNC machining, Heat treatment, Precision grinding, Dimensional inspection. This ensures high accuracy, durability, and perfect fit.
Structural Fabrication
Machine frames are produced through a controlled process: Steel cutting and bending, Welding and grinding, Aging treatment for stress relief, Sandblasting, priming, and final coating. This guarantees structural strength, dimensional accuracy, and corrosion resistance.
Outsourced Component Preparation
Key outsourced parts are pre-tested and prepared, including motors, reducers, cylinders, and valves. Electrical components such as PLCs, contactors, inverters, and sensors are organized, labeled, and verified.
Component Pre-Assembly
Major systems are pre-assembled and tested: Transmission systems (motor, reducer, lead screw, chain) Hydraulic and pneumatic systems, Electrical control cabinets.
Final Assembly
All components are assembled into a complete machine by experienced technicians.
Precision Calibration
We perform high-precision calibration on: Table flatness and level, Guide rail straightness, Cutting head perpendicularity, Positioning accuracy, Spindle concentricity. Advanced tools such as laser interferometers ensure top-level accuracy.
Machine Testing & Program Debugging
Each machine undergoes full operational testing, including: Axis movement and motion logic, Emergency stop and safety systems, Noise, vibration, and temperature checks, Accuracy tests (straightness, flatness, parallelism, etc.) Customized machines are also tested under real working load conditions.
Appearance & Safety Inspection

Final Quality Inspection

100% full functional testing. After machine is assembled, our technician will Conduct testing based on customer usage scenarios,test every machine and debug the program.
